Over the past two weeks we held a daytime and evening training session for our parents which provided them with information about our school’s new Virtual Learning Platform, known as FROG. We also took the opportunity to raise parents’ awareness about keeping our pupils safe online. Feedback from the sessions indicates that 100% of parents surveyed found the information given about grooming and inappropriate websites extremely useful and 90% found information about cyberbullying extremely useful. As a result of the session, a number of parents said they will be more open with their children about safe online use.
