The Sleep Charity are there for teens every Tuesday & Thursday 6-8pm on their Teen Sleep Hub to discuss any issues they may be having around their sleep - whether it's problems getting to sleep, staying asleep or waking too early, struggling to put the phone down at bedtime or can't switch off.
Courses are open to residents of Hertfordshire only.
HMN have launched a new early intervention and prevention helpline for children and young people aged 10-17 in Herts.
The helpline will provide a safe , non-judgemental space to talk to a Young People Advisor or Mentor who will provide emotional support, advice and information, signposting and discuss coping strategies.
