As part of developing links within the community to further our Science curriculum, Giles Junior School have been working with The University of Hertfordshire's School of Education in collaborativley providing BEd students with an opportunity to achieve a Primary Science Enhancement Award.
Today, our Year 5 cohort children were visited by the next generation of teachers within the local area who delivered a carousel of practical experiments to our budding Scientisits including: paper helicopters, catapults and straw planes.
